Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information submitted through the DialExpert website is handled.
Information you provide
When you contact DialExpert, you may provide your name, work email address, company, website, service interest, and business goals. When you request a strategy call, you may also provide a phone number, preferred date and time, time zone, and meeting notes.
How information is used
Submitted information is used only to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, arrange a requested call, and communicate about a potential working relationship. Form data is not intended to be sent to analytics or placed in URLs or browser storage.
Transmission and storage
Forms send information to same-origin DialExpert endpoints. If a submission is accepted, an approved email, CRM, or scheduling provider may process it. The website does not currently provide its own database for these submissions. Provider storage, access, and retention must be approved and documented before the forms are enabled for production.
Security and abuse prevention
DialExpert may process limited technical request signals to validate requests and prevent spam or booking abuse. Production abuse protection must use a shared service and privacy-preserving identifiers; full form submissions should not be written to application logs.
Data sharing
DialExpert does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, deliver an inquiry, or create a requested meeting. Provider access should be limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing contact@dialexpertsolutions.com.
Retention and updates
A specific retention schedule must be approved before production launch and applied in each connected provider. This policy may be updated as the website and its form infrastructure evolve. Review the published version before launch; this page does not claim compliance with any particular privacy law.
